This website collects very little personal data. We do not run user accounts, take bookings, or process payments on this site. Specifically, we collect:

- Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running
3. Booking & Payment Happen on ClubSolution
To book a pod, this website links you through to our booking platform, ClubSolution (operated by Globus Data). Any account details, booking information, and payment you provide there are collected and processed by ClubSolution under their own privacy policy and payment provider — not by us. Please review ClubSolution's privacy policy when you book.
4. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)
- Legitimate interest: to respond to your enquiries and keep the website secure
- Consent: where you have agreed to receive updates or offers (you can withdraw at any time)

We keep contact-form messages only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our records, then delete them. Booking and payment records are held by ClubSolution, not us, and are subject to their retention policy.
