Please read these terms carefully before using this website or any FitnessPod facility. By using our facilities you agree to be bound by these terms. Bookings and payments are made through our booking platform, ClubSolution, and are also subject to ClubSolution's own terms and conditions.
1. About Us
FitnessPod IOM operates private gym pod facilities on the Isle of Man. You can contact us at enquiries@fitnesspod.im.
2. This Website & Booking
This website provides information about FitnessPod and shows live pod availability. To make a booking, the website links you through to our booking platform, ClubSolution (operated by Globus Data), where you create an account, choose your slot, and pay. Your account, bookings, and payments are managed by ClubSolution and are subject to their terms and conditions.
3. Using the Pods
- Each pod session is 1 hour long. Up to 3 people may use a pod per session at no extra charge.
- Booking windows and availability are managed through ClubSolution.
- You are responsible for ensuring all members of your group comply with these terms.
4. Payments
All bookings are paid for through ClubSolution's secure payment system. FitnessPod does not take or store card details on this website. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled through ClubSolution and are subject to their cancellation policy. Please manage your booking through ClubSolution. FitnessPod reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, in which case a refund will be issued in line with ClubSolution's policy.
6. Access to the Pods
- Access to the pods is managed through the booking platform. Follow the access instructions provided when you book.
- Your access is valid only for the pod and time slot you booked.
- Do not share your access details. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your booking.
- If you have any problem accessing your pod, contact us at enquiries@fitnesspod.im.
7. Facility Rules
- Maximum 3 people per pod at any time.
- Appropriate gym attire and footwear must be worn at all times.
- Users are responsible for wiping down equipment after use. Cleaning products are provided.
- No food inside pods. Water in sealed containers is permitted.
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on the premises.
- FitnessPod reserves the right to remove any user who behaves inappropriately or causes damage.
- Users who damage equipment will be charged for repair or replacement.
8. Health & Safety
- You confirm you are in good health and fit to exercise. If in doubt, consult a doctor before booking.
- FitnessPod is not responsible for injuries sustained through improper use of equipment.
- All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained. Report any faults immediately.
- CCTV operates in common areas for security purposes.
9. Liability
FitnessPod's liability is limited to the value of your booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the FitnessPod name, logo, and design — is owned by FitnessPod IOM. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.
